4月17日山菜採りに出かけました。東大雪の山々

春を感じさせるカエルの合唱、そしてフキのとう

などこれから始まる山菜の季節がとても好きです。

何か躍動感を感じますね。フキ味噌、ギョウジャニンニク味噌

山ウドの味噌頑張って作ります。
